Overview
Virtual Healthcare Assistant is a healthcare-focused prototype built around the idea of giving users faster access to guidance and support through an interactive assistant-like interface.
Problem
Healthcare information and first-response guidance can be hard to access quickly, especially when users need simple, immediate support rather than a complex multi-step process.
Role
I helped shape the product direction and workflow logic for a healthcare-oriented assistant experience that prioritized accessibility and usability.
Implementation
- Designed an early assistant-style interaction flow around healthcare support and information access.
